AVK provides three robust, in-house manufactured protective coatings to ensure maximum durability and lifespan. Every casting undergoes rigorous blast-cleaning to guarantee perfect adhesion.
- Internal & External Epoxy: Standard protection (min. 250 μ thickness). Pore-free, highly impact-resistant, and strictly certified by GSK.
- External PUR Coating: Prevents galvanic corrosion in underground installations. Features a 1.5 mm minimum thickness and passes a strict 20,000 V pinhole-free test.
- Premium Enamel Coating: A durable, glass-like ceramic finish offering extreme resistance to aggressive fluids and ultimate corrosion defense.
Gate Valve
A robust multi-turn isolation valve designed specifically for fully open or fully closed operations. Highly versatile and suitable for both above-ground and underground installations across various pipeline networks.

Butterfly Valve
